Each protective silver nipple cup is specially moulded with a curved peak, allowing air to circulate and provide a comfortable, cooling fit over your nipple.
Incredibly lightweight, our silver nipple shields can be used in between feeds or pumping sessions to provide a physical barrier against clothing to reduce painful friction, while also soothing and helping to heal sore, damaged nipples.

After each breastfeeding session, leave a couple of breastmilk drops in each cup and apply them directly to the nipple. Before the next feed, simply remove the Silver Nipple Cups and rinse your nipples with water before breastfeeding. Our Silver Cups can be washed with warm water between each feed, with no need to sterilise.
Silver Cups may tarnish over time due to the natural oxidisation process that occurs in silver, however it is still safe and effective to use. To remove the tarnish, make a paste using a mix of bicarbonate of soda (one teaspoon) with a few drops of water. Rub the paste over the cups, rinse and pat dry. Do not wash silver cups in the dishwasher.
