Refund policy

If you are experiencing issues with your breast pump or spare parts, please check our Frequently Asked Questions pages where we offer tips and advice on how to solve common issues. If you cannot solve the issue you are facing, please get in touch via our contact us page by clicking here.

You may return new, unused or unworn products within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original un-damaged packaging, hygiene-sealed and with all tags still attached. To validate your return you must contact us here selecting option Return before you return your product. Please return your items to: - Freemans Grattan (FAO Allison Donald), C/O Expect Distribution, Receiving-BAY4, Listerhills, Thornton Road, Bradford, BD8 8LG.

Goods returned are at your own cost and we recommend that you receive proof of postage from your chosen delivery carrier as we cannot issue refunds on goods we do not receive. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
