Delivery Service Update

Due to circumstances outside of our control, our courier is currently taking longer to deliver parcels and there may be some delays for customers opting for standard delivery. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this causes. If you haven’t received your parcel within 7 working days, please contact the customer service team using our contact form. Our next day delivery service is not affected.

Delivery is available to UK mainland only, with options of standard or next day delivery. 

How much is delivery?

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery - Free for orders above £50.00 / £3.99 for orders under £50.00.

Delivery usually within 2-3 working days, in discreet packaging. 

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery - £6.99 for all orders. 

Delivery usually next working day, in discreet packaging.

If we receive your order before 12 noon (GMT/BST) Monday to Thursday, and you select the Next Day Delivery option, we will dispatch you order the same day and you should expect to receive your delivery the next working day. Orders after 12 noon will take 1 additional working day to be delivered.

Please note that the Next Day delivery option excludes weekends and Public Holidays therefore orders placed on Friday by 12 noon, selecting the Next Day Delivery option will be delivered on Monday (provided this is not a Public Holiday when an additional +1 day applies). Those orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday (exception where there is a Public Holiday and +1 day will apply).

You may return new, unused or unworn products within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. Items should be returned in their original un-damaged packaging, hygiene-sealed and with all tags still attached. To validate your return you must contact us here selecting option Return before you return your product. Please return your items to: - Expect Distribution (FAO Lansinoh), Unit 2, Premier Point, Staithgate Lane, Bradford, BD6 1DW.

Goods returned are at your own cost and we recommend that you receive proof of postage from your chosen delivery carrier as we cannot issue refunds on goods we do not receive. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

What if my Lansinoh product is faulty?

Where you have bought a product that does not perform as it is supposed to, you have a right to reject the goods. You can exercise this right by returning the product to us for a full refund within 30 days. If you do not exercise this right within the 30 days then you are still entitled to have faulty goods repaired or replaced by ourselves. Where a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund. 

You can also claim for faulty goods under our manufacturers guarantee if you are within the guarantee period. Information on the guarantee can be found in the documentation that was included with your product. For information on claiming under the guarantee, please contact us here. Please include information about your problem and details of when and where you purchased your product.

Please note, we can only accept returns of goods which were faulty when sold. The issue that you are experiencing may not be caused by a fault, and you may need to check how to use your product using the documentation provided or our FAQs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
