HPA Lanolin Nipple Cream: Simply apply a pea-sized amount of our breastfeeding cream after every feed or as required to ensure your nipples are protected and healing in-between feeds.
Soothies Cooling Gel Pads: Remove from storage tray and apply gel side down to your nipple. Before breastfeeding, remove gel pad and gently cleanse the nipple if residue remains. Do not apply with nipple cream. Keep in the fridge for extra cooling effect. Can be reused for up to 72 hours in supplied storage tray.
Disposable Breast Pads: Each pad is individually wrapped in recyclable woven plastic for optimum hygiene. Simply open the wrapper and unfold the pad, then remove the 2 tapes and secure within your bra or top. Replace breast pads as needed to maintain healthy skin, and ensure the wrapper is kept away from babies and children.
Hot & Cold Breast Therapy: The Hot & Cold Breast Therapy packs can be heated in the microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds or in a hot (but not boiling) water bath to encourage let down. The heat encourages milk flow which means less time pumping the breast. To use alongside a breast pump, just heat the pack as usual then wrap it around the outside of the pump’s funnel, securing it with the fastener.
Alternatively, you can put the packs in the freezer for a couple of hours to cool, then place them into the cover provided to relieve pain and swelling caused by engorgement, or pain relief from mastitis and plugged ducts. The unique design means that the pack is flexible, even when it is frozen.
It is recommended that Hot & Cold Breast Therapy is applied for 20 minutes at a time, as per medical advice. Once used, it can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol.
CAUTION: For external use only. Use only as directed. Always test pack temperature prior to application. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep using pack. Keep out of reach of children. For extreme, prolonged or chronic pain, contact your physician. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents.
Breastmilk Storage Bags: Simply tear the perforated seal and either pour your breastmilk into the bag or pump directly using a Lansinoh breast pump. Gently squeeze out any air before sealing the top of the bag and write the date and amount expressed on the top tab. This can then be stored in the fridge for up to 6 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months, either laid flat or upright.
Silicone Breast Pump: Simply squeeze the bottom half of the pump then flip the opening of the pump outwards.  Then place the opening of the pump onto your nipple and flip the cushion back to its original position, covering the nipple area. This will create a gentle, airtight suction to collect your breastmilk. Once finished, hold the bottom of the silicone pump and gently remove from the cushion from your breast and store your milk using our Breastmilk Storage Bags or Breastmilk Storage Bottles in the fridge for 6 days or the freezer for 6 months.
