Delivery & Returns

Here you will find details on the cost of delivery and how to return a product.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not dispatch outside of the United Kingdom.

The safety of our team is our main priority right now, which is why we have placed new safety measures for our warehouse, to safely limit the number of the people working at any time. Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

The cut off time is 12pm and will be processed for dispatch within 3 working days.

Delivery during seasonal holidays and bank holidays will take up to an additional 2 working days to be processed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on a Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday, when it will be processed on the Tuesday.

As a consumer you may have certain rights to return your Lansinoh product depending on when and where you purchased it, and the reason for the return.

Where you purchased products or spare parts online, you have 14 days from the date you received them to return them without having to give a reason. You cannot return hygiene-sealed products where the seal has been removed or the plastic packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty. To return your Breast Pump Parts due to a fault, please see point 8.2 here.

What if my Lansinoh product is faulty?

Where you have bought a product that does not perform as it is supposed to, you have a right to reject the goods. You can exercise this right by returning the product to the retailer for a full refund within 30 days. If you do not exercise this right within the 30 days then you are still entitled to have faulty goods repaired or replaced by your retailer. Where a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund. For more information, please see our returns policy or contact your retailer.

You can also claim for faulty goods under the manufacturers guarantee if you are within the guarantee period. Information on the guarantee can be found in the documentation that was included with your product. For information on claiming under the guarantee, please contact us here. Please include information about your problem and details of when and where you purchased your product.

Please note, we can only accept returns of goods which were faulty when sold. The issue that you are experiencing may not be caused by a fault, and you may need to check how to use your product using the documentation provided or our FAQs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
